How long does it take to produce and ship made-to-order jewellery?
All jewellery is made to order and typically requires up to three weeks for production, plus additional shipping time.
Please note: All sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations.
Can you add additional of Charms to pre-2025 Necklaces?
Necklaces purchased prior to January 1, 2025, are eligible for the addition of supplemental charms, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Important Notice Regarding Charm Consistency: Please be advised that the design and dimensions of the original, first-generation charms (purchased before 2025) differ from the current charms offered from 2025 onward. While we endeavor to craft supplemental charms that are the closest aesthetic match, all our pieces are hand-made and finished so minor variations in size and appearance are inherent. We do not warrant that the size of any new charm will exactly match the size of the original old style charms purchased prior to January 1, 2025
Acceptance and Acknowledgment: By returning your necklace for the addition of charms, you acknowledge and accept these potential discrepancies.
Limitation of Liability and Exclusion of Remedies: All services rendered for the addition of supplemental charms to pre-2025 necklaces are final. We explicitly state that no refunds, returns, or complimentary repairs will be provided for any work performed or for the supplemental charms added.
Shipping and Handling: The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with shipping and handling, including but not limited to the postage required to send the necklace to us and the return postage to the customer.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued under certain circumstances and will be processed in the original currency using the original payment method, excluding shipping costs or additional charges such as customs, duties, or sales taxes. Any PayPal conversion losses or transaction fees we incur will not be covered.
What if my item is faulty?
All pieces are thoroughly quality-controlled before dispatch. If you receive an item that is not 100% right, please contact us at contact@versefinejewellery.com with your order number and photos of the fault or issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note: Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered faulty.
Do you repair chains
18k gold chain repairs start at AU$120, and a return shipping fee of AU$15.00 for Australian orders and USD$48 for international orders.
Do you ever have sales?
No. We never run sales, as all of our fine jewellery is made to order.
What stones do you use in your crystal collection?
Our stones are carefully selected for their natural beauty and unique qualities. Colour may vary slightly from the product photos.
How much is shipping within Australia?
Shipping within Australia is complimentary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally and the shipping rate will be shown at checkout.
How long does international shipping take?
International shipping usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. This is in addition to the three-week production time. An adult signature is required upon delivery for all international orders.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Yes. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt. We are not responsible for these charges or for any delays caused by customs.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
What happens if I don’t collect my order?
We cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds if you fail to collect your item or pay the required duties and taxes. If the parcel is not collected or signed for, it will be returned to us.
Are you a direct-to-consumer brand?
Yes, we are proudly direct-to-consumer.
Do you have stores in Sydney?
No. We do not have physical stores—we sell exclusively online.
Do you sell Love Letters separately?
Yes, but only to customers who have already purchased a necklace from us.
Do you make jewellery to order?
Yes. Please email us at contact@versefinejewellery.com with the subject line “Bespoke” to start the process. We’ll work with you to create your desired piece. Production typically takes 6–8 weeks.
Do you offer a gift service?
Yes! Our website is the perfect place to buy a personalised jewellery gift. Just enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. You can also include a personalised message in the comments section at checkout, and we’ll attach it to your beautifully wrapped order in our signature packaging.
How do I track my international order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I pay by cheque?
No. We only accept credit cards and PayPal payments via our online store.
Can I return jewellery for a refund?
No. As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns.
