How long does it take to produce and ship made-to-order jewellery?

All jewellery is made-to-order and typically requires up to two weeks for production, with additional shipping time.

Do you ship internationally and how much is it?

International orders over $595AUD is complimentary.

How long does international shipping take?

International priority DHL shipping takes 1-3 business days after the two week production time. All international deliveries require an adult signature on delivery. 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

All orders delivered outside of Australia will be subject to Duties and Taxes in the country upon receipt. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We do not ship to PO boxes.

What if I fail to collect my order?

We cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds if you do not collect your item or if you do not pay the duties and taxes for your country. If the parcel is not collected or signed for it will be returned to sender.

Are you a direct-to-consumer brand?

Yes, we sell direct-to-consumer.

Do you have stores in Sydney? 

No, we do not have stores in Sydney. We sell direct-to-consumer

Can I add letters from the Love Letter collection at a later date when I have another child?

Yes, we can add more letters from our Love Letters collection to an existing necklace purchased from us. 

Do you sell the Love Letters by themselves?

Yes for customers who have already purchased a necklace from us.

Do you make Love Letters in sterling silver?

No. We only use 18-karat solid gold.

Do you make jewellery to order?

Yes. Please email us with the subject line bespoke to  contact@versefinejewellery.com We work with you to create your desired piece of jewellery. The typical lead time is six to eight weeks.

Do you have a gift service?

versefinejewellery.com is the perfect place to buy someone a personalised piece of jewellery. It is very easy to do, just enter the person's address as the delivery address. If you wish you can add a personalised message in the comments section when you place your order. We will attach this message to the package which will be carefully wrapped with our signature bespoke packaging.

How do I track my international order?

You will be emailed a DHL tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Can I pay by cheque?

No. Verse Fine Jewellery only accepts credit card and PayPal payments via its online shop.

Can I return the jewellery for a refund?

No. All jewellery ordered via our online store shop is made-to-order. We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are final.

A refund given under certain circumstances is processed in the original currency of the order to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes. PayPal conversion loss or fees we incur will not be covered within the refund process. 

All our pieces are quality-controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please contact us at contact@versefinejewellery.com with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use by care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

Do you ever have sales?

No. We never have sales as we only make our fine jewellery to order.

What stones do you use for your crystal collection?

All our stones have been purposefully chosen for their natural beauty and unique qualities. Colour may vary slightly from the product photography.
