Before this recent lockdown started I went to a 'mums and bubs' circuits class, I'm really missing those now, and would definitely recommend joining a mum + baby class to anyone on maternity leave, it gives you a nice rhythm to the week and a bit of social time too.

"I try and make some time each day for myself to stretch and meditate. I also try and do 2-3 yoga classes at Modern Movement which I absolutely love and feel so fantastic afterwards. Eating well and early nights, I don’t really drink at all anymore either."
